Any agency in India that recruits workers for overseas employment is legally required to hold a Recruiting Agent (RA) licence issued by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). This is a legal requirement under the Emigration Act, 1983. Agencies without an MEA licence are operating illegally.

Verify that the hospital or care home is a real, registered organisation in Germany. A fake agency cannot provide you with the name of a real, independently verifiable German employer because they have no such relationship.
