After a candidate clears their B2 German certificate, Destination Germany prepares their Ausbildung profile and submits it to employers in their network across Germany. These employers review profiles independently — making hiring decisions based on their current training positions, team composition, and sector needs.
Neither Destination Germany nor JSJ can instruct a German employer to select a specific candidate. The selection decision belongs to the employer. This means employer selection is not guaranteed — and any programme that tells you it is would not be telling you the truth.

Profile submission does not guarantee employer selection. What Destination Germany and JSJ guarantee is that your profile will be submitted to their network and every reasonable step will be taken to find a match. The final selection is the employer's decision.
