For an Indian student who genuinely enjoys cooking, baking or looking after guests, the gastronomy and bakery Ausbildung tracks offer a creative, people-facing career - with skills that travel anywhere in the world.

What is a gastronomy or bakery Ausbildung?

It follows the same three-year dual model: you work in a real kitchen, hotel, restaurant or bakery (3–4 days a week) and attend a Berufsschule for theory (1–2 days). You're paid throughout, and you finish with an IHK qualification recognised across all 27 EU states.

• Age 18–25 (18–20 strongly preferred by employers).
• A Class 12 pass from a recognised board - any stream. Passion, stamina and a service mindset matter far more than your subjects.

The money: during and after
