If NEET didn't land a government seat, the private door is technically open - at a price. A private or deemed MBBS in India costs roughly ₹60 lakh to ₹1 crore for the course. In Germany's Ausbildung, you train for three years at a real company and receive a monthly training stipend of €1,000–€1,300 from day one, rising each year. Once you qualify as a Fachkraft, salaries run €2,500–€3,600+ a month, with a permanent-residency pathway after about four years.

The programme fee with Jet Set Jobs is ₹2,50,000 + GST - and it isn't due upfront. It's paid across three milestones as you progress:

• Registration: ₹10,000.
• After your Conditional Offer Letter: ₹1,25,000 + GST.
• After you clear A1 German: ₹1,15,000 + GST.

That fee covers your full A1–B2 German training, profile building (Lebenslauf and Motivationsschreiben), interview facilitation and visa guidance - there are no surprise ‘hidden charges’ layered on later.

• Ausbildung needs real German - you must reach B2, which takes 10–12 months of genuine effort.

The fee is milestone-linked, not ‘pay after visa.’ You pay in step with the services you receive - which is what protects you, because your money is tied to real work being done at each stage, not to a single far-off promise.

Are there hidden charges later?

No. The ₹2,50,000 + GST covers your German training, profile preparation, interview facilitation and visa guidance. Exam fees (like the Goethe/TELC B2 test) and your personal living costs in Germany are separate and are always explained upfront.
