How the Free Model Works – The Refundable Deposit

• Before starting the programme, each nurse pays a refundable security deposit of ₹75,000 (approximately €750)
• This deposit is not a fee – it is not income for Jet Set Jobs.
• The deposit is returned in full once the nurse is placed in Germany or Austria and we receive our placement fee from the employer partner
• If a nurse exits the programme before completion for personal reasons, the deposit is retained – terms are shared transparently at enrolment
• No additional charges are made to the nurse at any stage – not for materials, not for placement

💡 The model is designed so that JSJ’s revenue comes from employer placement fees – not from nurses. This aligns our incentives with yours: we only succeed when you succeed.

What Happens After B2?

After clearing the TELC B2 exam, the Jet Set Jobs team takes over the employer matching process – connecting you with hospitals and care homes in Germany and Austria based on your profile, preferences, and qualifications. Document support, recognition application guidance, and visa documentation assistance are all provided as part of the same programme.
You are not handed off after training. We stay with you until you land your first shift in Germany.
