Jet Set Jobs (Sachdeva Academy Private Limited) is an overseas placement and German language training organisation based in South Patel Nagar, New Delhi. We are licensed by India’s Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) as a Recruitment Agent – verifiable on mea.gov.in. We specialise exclusively in placing GNM and BSc Nursing graduates in hospitals and care homes in Germany and Austria.
We have 8 certified German language trainers, 11 active training batches, and a physical classroom at our New Delhi centre that you are welcome to visit before enrolling.

What you pay – The Refundable Security
Deposit
Candidates pay a refundable security deposit of ₹75,000 (Rupees Seventy-Five
Thousand) in three instalments over the course of the programme. This is not a programme fee. It is not our
revenue. It is a security deposit – held in trust – that demonstrates your commitment to the programme and
covers the costs we bear in preparing you for Germany.

What we earn – Employer placement

Our revenue comes entirely from the German or Austrian employer who hires you –
not from you. This is the fair recruitment model: employers pay for access to trained, qualified candidates.
Nurses pay nothing for placement. This aligns our interests completely with yours: we only earn when you
succeed.
What costs are covered by the
deposit
The ₹75,000 deposit covers our costs in preparing you – trainer salaries,
German language books and materials, Edmingle LMS access, MIS tracking infrastructure, document guidance,
marketing to source candidates, and programme administration. In many cases, we invest beyond this amount from
our own resources to ensure training quality meets the standard required for B2 and employer interviews.
