Issue Employment Contract & COL
On selection, you issue the Arbeitsvertrag (employment contract) and Conditional Offer Letter. JSJ then coordinates the full §16d visa submission with the candidate.
Nurse Arrives & Begins Anpassungslehrgang
The candidate arrives in Germany or Austria and begins the Anpassungslehrgang (adaptation course) inside your hospital — completing recognition under your supervision.
