This blog is for physiotherapists in the Delhi NCR region who have read enough, thought about it long enough, and are now asking the practical question: how do I actually start? Not 'is Germany possible?' - we have covered that. Not 'what is the visa?' - we have covered that too. This is the operational guide: what you do first, what you bring to your counselling session, what happens on the call, and what your first week of language training looks like.
JSJ is based in South Patel Nagar, New Delhi - accessible by Metro from most parts of NCR. The language training programme is fully online, which means candidates from Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and further into NCR can enrol and train from wherever they are without commuting.
The starting point is a phone call or WhatsApp message to JSJ. You do not need to have your documents ready. You do not need to have a firm decision made. You do not need to know your German level. The first contact is simply to register your interest and schedule a counselling session.
JSJ's counselling team is available on +91 96259 66817 and +91 98100 08070. You can also write to support@jetsetjobs.in or reach out via Instagram @jetsetjobs.in. The counselling session is free - approximately 30 to 45 minutes - and is designed to give you a clear, honest picture of whether the programme suits your specific situation.
You do not need to prepare extensively, but coming with a few things ready makes the conversation significantly more productive.
| What to Bring / Know | Why It Matters in the Session |
|---|---|
| Your degree certificate details - BPT or Diploma, university name, year of passing | Counsellor assesses your qualification's suitability for the Germany recognition pathway immediately |
| Your professional registration status - IAP or state council? Active? | Registration must be active - if lapsed, counsellor will tell you what to do first |
| A rough summary of your clinical experience - years, settings, specialisations | Counsellor assesses your employer profile strength and advises on how to strengthen it |
| Your age | Confirms programme eligibility - below 43 is the requirement |
| Your current work situation | Gives context for financial planning advice during the language training phase |
| Your family situation - married, children, dependents | Relevant for planning the transition, family reunification timeline, and financial considerations |
| Any prior German language experience | Helps counsellor advise on which batch level you should start in |
| Part | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Eligibility assessment (10 min) | Counsellor reviews your qualification, registration, age, and experience. Confirms eligibility and flags any issues to address before enrolment. |
| Programme walkthrough (10 min) | Counsellor explains the full journey - A1 to B2 training, A2/B1 pre-screening, Conditional Offer Letter, employer introduction, COL, visa, and arrival in Germany. |
| Timeline discussion (5 min) | Based on your situation, counsellor gives you a realistic personal timeline - when you are likely to depart and what the recognition timeline in Germany looks like. |
| Cost and financial planning (5 min) | Counsellor explains the programme fee structure, candidate-borne costs (visa, flights, documentation), and helps you plan the financial bridge for language training. |
| Your questions (10 min) | Space for everything you want to ask - family, accommodation in Germany, specific employer settings, what happens if you fail B2, anything. |
If the counselling session confirms you are eligible and you are ready to proceed, enrolment involves completing the registration process, paying the Stage 1 registration deposit, and being assigned to an appropriate German language batch. The language training platform is JSJ's online LMS - accessible from any device with a stable internet connection. For NCR candidates: a laptop or desktop, stable broadband, a headset with microphone for speaking practice, and a quiet space for one to two hours per session.
The first week of A1 German covers the absolute foundations: the alphabet and pronunciation, basic greetings and introductions, numbers, days and months, and elementary sentence structure. For most candidates with no prior German exposure, this week is genuinely manageable - German is phonetically consistent, meaning words are pronounced as they are written, which many Indian learners find far easier than English phonetics.
Yes. JSJ's office is in South Patel Nagar, New Delhi - accessible from central Delhi and well-connected by Metro (Green Line, Inderlok or Ashok Park Main station). In-person counselling sessions are available by appointment. Call +91 96259 66817 to book.
Yes. All language training is conducted entirely online through JSJ's LMS platform. There is no requirement to travel to the Delhi office for training. Counselling can also be conducted on a video call. The only in-person requirement is if you choose to visit for a face-to-face counselling session, which is optional.
JSJ is run by Sachdeva Academy Private Limited, backed by Sachdeva Colleges - an institution with over 80 years of education history in New Delhi. We have mobilised 500+ healthcare professionals on their path to Germany and Austria. Our office is in South Patel Nagar and in-person visits are welcome. We do not ask for full payment upfront. We do not guarantee visas or job placements - no honest agency can. These are the markers that separate legitimate programmes from fraudulent ones.
In our counselling sessions with physiotherapists from Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon who have enrolled and are progressing through the programme, the single most common reflection is: 'I wish I had called six months earlier.' The information you need to make a decision is in front of you. If you are a physiotherapist in Delhi NCR, below 43, with a BPT or Diploma in Physiotherapy and an active registration - you are eligible. The next step is a 30-minute call. Everything else follows from there.
