Refund Policy

At Jet Set Jobs, we are committed to providing transparent and accountable services to all our candidates.

As part of our onboarding process, we collect a refundable security deposit of ₹75,000 from each candidate. This deposit confirms the candidate’s commitment to the program and enables us to begin the process of training, documentation, and placement with our international partner institutions.

Refund Eligibility

• The deposit amount is fully refundable only upon the successful deployment of the candidate in Germany or Austria through our placement program.
• Deployment is defined as the candidate receiving a confirmed job offer, visa approval, and physically joining the employer abroad.

Non-Refundable Situations The security deposit will not be refunded under the following circumstances:

• If the candidate voluntarily withdraws from the program at any stage.
• If the candidate fails to complete the German language training or does not reach the required B1/B2 level.
• If the candidate is found to have submitted false or incomplete documents.
• If the candidate does not cooperate with the process, attend interviews, or provide required documentation within the stipulated timelines.

Processing Time Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 90 working days of the candidate’s deployment, after submission of relevant proof of joining.
